At this time customers may request that products be shipped one of 3 ways:
1) on the customers UPS account # COD (UPS charges $10.50 for COD delivery), or
2) on the CiProducts UPS account # and products will arrive UPS COD. (UPS charges $10.50 for COD delivery), or
3) customers can request a shipping quote and send in a check or money order prior to the shipment.
Normally orders ship within 7-10 days of receipt of the order depending on stock.
A $5.00 handling charge is added to each order, but for orders totaling over $50.00 of merchandise the $5.00 (low order) charge is waived.
Cink orders require a freight quote and must state if a lift gate is needed or not.
Products which are damaged by the shipping company in transit to the customer should be declined by the customer. The customer is responsible to carefully inspect all arriving packages/products for damage before accepting and signing for them.
